La Colonna Historic Centre Hotel - Lucca

This place is exceptionally clean with very friendly staff, and its location is very convenient, just near a bakery and close to the main attractions.

A very nice welcome, a romantic room, completely quiet at night, wake up with the birds singing, a great place to stay!

We had a very small bathroom

This place, with its cozy 3-star charm, was just perfect. the location in a local neighborhood was fantastic, with a bakery and stores nearby for convenience. the stay here was truly delightful. 😊.

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay for one night. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated rooms. The location was perfect, just next door to the Center and train station and the historic city centre and central Lucca. Ate at Arby's, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Excellent and wonderful staff who were always there to help.

Hotel staff is friendly and recommended good places for eating and sightseeing.

The room is trendy, nicely decorated, with a private external bathroom, in a fantastic location near restaurants and a chocolate factory.

I would not hesitate in recommending La Colonna,it is situated right in the centre of Lucca,it is clean ,and the bed was very comfortable.There is a kettle in the hallway to make yourselves tea/coffee whenever you want.The decoration throughout is contempary and unique,it is very pleasing to the eye. Breakfast is served at a lovely cafe just at the end of the street in a lovely square,which works very well,you are given vouchers to take with you,Finally the host Mirka is charming,very polite and helpful,we visited two restaurants that he recommended and they were superb.We hope to visit again.

the hotel was in a central setting super close to city center. and it was also very close to the historic district, restaurants and the highlights of lucca and train station.

We had the most wonderful few days there. the room was beautifully designed with a private garden and bathroom. - the location was marvelous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a town square. - You could walk to shops and a bakery.

Very friendly owner, location top, parking cheap.

Breakfast (a coffee with a croissant and a juice) was served in a nearby cafe. Wlan did not work in the room, only in public area.

Fantastic location in the centre of Lucca yet the room was lovely and quiet.

Great location surrounded by a former church and charming shops and eateries, with a delicious variety of breakfast options.

The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The fittings were new, so made it very comfortable. Rooms were very attractive. Hotel in the old city so everywhere was a short walk. We didn't have air con, but didn't need it. Lucca is a nice place to stay for one night.

Nothing much to say apart from the bathroom smelled a bit damp and the shower was quite cosy in size.

The room was big and tastefully decorated in general, with private external bathroom. Layout and interior design were unique. The employees at the hotel were excellent. Besides, the location was particularly good and excellent for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of St Martin Cathedral.
